In good used condition, both pages and dust cover - Lanzarote Arquitectura Inedita - Cesar Manrique hardback book with dust jacket. Dust jacket has a few very small tears. Published in 1974. Book pages slightly yellowed at edges, but this edition is extremely rare and nearly 50 years old! Beautiful coffee table catalogue of more than 160 pages of photos of Lanzarote architecture up to 1972. Including windmills, chimneys, whitewashed houses and landscapes, vines, walls, volcanoes, churches and cactii. Photos in black and white only. Text is in SPANISH only, but little of it, so easily translatable. The photos tell the story. Beautiful book to cherish. Great source book for the Manrique aficionado or for lovers of architecture.
It is now the 50th anniversary of the book’s original first publication in 1974.
