Original vintage 1985 Large Print by Cesar Manrique Hand Signed - 'Banderas del Cosmos' - Flags of the Cosmos Series - Limited edition No. 1
In excellent vintage condition, a rare and original 1985 Cesar Manrique large abstract print with hand signed signature ‘Manrique’ in pencil on the bottom right hand corner. Part of the ‘Banderas del Cosmos’ or Flags of the Cosmos series produced in 1985 for exhibitions of the flag series throughout the Canary Islands. Only 200 of each of the three prints were produced in this limited edition, each signed in person by Cesar Manrique. The exhibitions also flew flags of the same designs. Purchased at the exhibition in the Casino Tahoro in Puerto de la Cruz in 1985. The print is on hard card and cannot be rolled, so will have to be carefully wrapped flat for shipping. I also have No.2 and No.3 available. They are unframed. I welcome any questions you may have. This purchase is for No. 1, as in the photo.
